Offered for a diversity of learners, from young explorers to nature fanatics, our programs have been expertly designed to educate, inspire and enrich. Most importantly, they are intended to strengthen the connections each of us has with the natural world.

Our classes for youth and families have been designed for children and adults to experience together. Instructors strive to engage children in age-appropriate activities, while providing adults examples of ways to learn about the natural world at home.

Adult classes focus on learning and growing in nature with fun, hands-on educational programs. Topics range from nature identification to arts and crafts and everything in between!

Learn about a variety of insects, make unique crafts and visit our butterflies. Take one class, or take them all!

Morning Photo Sessions

Early access to our Tropical Conservatory before the Butterfly House opens to the public. Enjoy self-guided time photographing tropical butterflies and plants with a small group of people. Tripods are welcome.

Enjoy a fun evening of wine, food, and painting. Get inspired by our butterflies before sitting down in front of your canvas. Then, follow along with an instructor to learn how to paint a colorful butterfly on canvas!
