Please complete the form below to request an Outreach Program.  Outreach programs require a follow-up phone conversation to confirm details.  Once you have submitted this form, a member of the School Programs team will contact you within three business days.

Note that a maximum of three outreach programs serving a maximum of 20 students each may be scheduled in a single visit to your school.  If you wish to schedule outreach programs for multiple visits in order to serve additional classes, please submit a separate form for each visit.

Early Childhood outreaches may be scheduled weekdays throughout the year between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  

Each program lasts between 45 and 60 minutes and serves up to 20 students.  A maximum of 3 programs may be scheduled in a single visit. 

Please indicate three possible dates for your outreach program, in order of preference.
